Buying as a team

Overview

Decide when to buy, save or spend together.

Check all five players

Look at the team’s money, saved equipment and loss bonus before buying. One expensive rifle does not make a coordinated full buy.

Name the plan

Agree whether the team is saving, investing lightly or committing. Decide who drops a weapon and who needs armour or a defuse kit.

Budget for the job

Reserve utility for the lanes you intend to take. A smoke, a flash and a trade partner can be more useful to the plan than a weapon upgrade without support.

Review the next round

Before buying, check what will be left if this round is lost. Avoid splitting the team into incompatible buying cycles.
